Meet Kimberly Snoddy

Kimberly Snoddy, the Owner of Lucky Puppy Grooming, became a Groomer in 2010. After years of grooming in the Cooperate setting and being told she couldn’t groom dogs who had attitude or health challenges, in 2018 Kim purchased Happy Tails Spa in Kennewick. Kim is know for her sincere love and care of animals having earned the nickname of the “Fur Whisper” for her ability to deal with dogs who have been turned away from other grooming salons due to high aggression, fear and anxiety.

Kim also specializes in “special needs’ dogs ranging from various health issues to fear induced trauma. Kim became a Certified Fear Free Groomer in 2022, gaining the knowledge and experience to work with dogs suffering from high anxiety, fear and trauma to ensure they have the best experience possible from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Kim also achieved the status of an AKC S.A.F.E Groomer in 2022 and certified Lucky Puppy Grooming as an AKC S.A.F.E Grooming Salon. In 2023 Kim achieved the status of a Certified Canine Esthetician to provide dogs with various skin and coat issues the proper care needed. Over the years, with the help of numerous individuals, Lucky Puppy Grooming has become the Salon that it is today.

Lucky Puppy Grooming is the only salon in the Tri-Cities that has all staff members certified as Fear Free Groomer.

Over the years, Kim and her staff have gained the reputation of top notch groomers where some of their clients travel across numerous states to have their pets groomed at Lucky Puppy Grooming. This is a true reflection of the care and quality of service that is offered at Lucky Puppy Grooming. Many of our clients have been with us for years, often on 2nd or 3rd generation pets, knowing that they will be treated with all the love and care just like they receive at home.
